Items typically ship out no later than the day after the order is placed.  if you order on the weekend, we will ship your order on the next business day.

We attempt to use recycled or recyclable materials for shipping.

Please let us know if you're not 100% satisfied with your order.  It is our goal is to resolve any issues you might have to your satisfaction.

In the case of a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for returning the items in their original unused condition. This is of particular importance for grooming accessories (razors, shaving brushes, lather bowls… basically all of our products). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
